Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy for store credit only, this is called a credit exchange. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a credit exchange. Day 1 begins the day your item was delivered.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Please do not open your packages with a sharp object. Cut items are not eligible for returns for store credit.

Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them. Email to info@valentinejoy.com

To be eligible for a return for store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with tags in tact and located on the original area of the item, and in its original packaging. If upon our receipt of the item there is any sign of the item having been worn, such as deoderant, body odor or stains or has any other odor (human, animal or chemical) or tags removed and replaced -store credit will be rejected and the shipping and handling will be your responsibility to pay if you decide you want the item shipped back to you.

If your return for store credit is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and following the above steps will be rejected for store credit and the shipping and handling will be your responsibility to pay if you decide you want the item shipped back to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following: undergarments such as bras/panties/bodysuits/socks, earrings, scarves, hair accessories sale/clearance items and gift cards. These items are final sale. The reason for this policy is for sanitary reasons.
